This is a known, documented issue with CentOS/RHEL7: https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade <https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade>

Note the requirement to use versionlock to lock cglib on RHEL7 (which applies to CentOS and Oracle Linux too).
