Yes. I tried it with CentOS-7 last week, but I had problems with IPv6 and neighbor discovery. The IPv6 default gateway could only be reached after running tcpdump on the team interface. I suppose there is a problem with multicast.
An "ip -6 neighbor show" always had the state FAILED for the default gateway until i ran a tcpdump. We use only static ipv6 configs, so no autoconf and no RAs.

I switched back to bonding, that works fine with dual stack.
