[Spacewalk-list] satellite-sync is not working ( /SAT-DUMP 404 not found)

it is necessary to set the ISS_PARENT, tried to to this in rhn.conf, but
still was not set when I checked with satellite-sync -p
So, when setting the iss_parent as option to the satellite-sync tool,
(--iss-parent), the sync process is working
