[Spacewalk-list] spacewalk-postgresql install conflicts

Simply resolve the conflict installing first an old version of apache-commons

yum install -y http://mirrors.sohu.com/fedora-epel/7/x86_64/a/apache-commons-fileupload-1.3.1-4.el7.noarch.rpm

and then try again with spacewalk-postgresql

I’m using the latest centos 7.3 instance on AWS to attempt this install.

Can one of these repos be safely disabled at this point in the installation process? What else could be done?
