Hi,
the problem is on the spacewalk server.
I’ve setup the following repos:
[root at spacewalk ~]# yum repolist
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, rhnplugin, security, versionlock
This system is receiving updates from RHN Classic or Red Hat Satellite.

This looks like a repo clash.
What repos have you got setup?

Subject: [Spacewalk-list] unable to upgrade spacewalk from 2.4 to 2.6
Hi, I’m try to upgrade our Spacewalk installation.
The server is a Centos 6.7 machine, we have the 2.4 version and we try to move to 2.6.
When we do a yum update we obtain the message:
Transaction Check Error:
file /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/spacewalk/common/rhnLib.py from install of spacewalk-backend-libs-2.6.77-1.el6.noarch conflicts with file from package spacewalk-backend-2.4.23-1.el6.noarch
file /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/spacewalk/common/rhnLib.pyc from install of spacewalk-backend-libs-2.6.77-1.el6.noarch conflicts with file from package spacewalk-backend-2.4.23-1.el6.noarch
file /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/spacewalk/common/rhnLib.pyo from install of spacewalk-backend-libs-2.6.77-1.el6.noarch conflicts with file from package spacewalk-backend-2.4.23-1.el6.noarch
I can’t figure how to solve this conflict, it seems to me that the problem arises from the fact that the rhnlib comes from two different packages in the two versions…
I’ve followed the https://github.com/spacewalkproject/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade<https://github.com/spacewalkproject/spacewalk/wiki/HowToUpgrade> guide but no luck…
Can someone help me?
