[Spacewalk-list] Public key for libmcrypt-devel-2.5.8-13.el7.x86_64.rpm is not installed

The system has not EPEL rpm key imported thus can't verify package
signature.  If you install the package manually yum will download and
import the key for you. If you are installing from spacewalk server yum
will not download the key (for security reasons it will only import
local keys from /etc/pki/rpm-gpg).
