[Spacewalk-list] using spacewalk when your connection is slow

Hi Elizabeth,

Each client runs rhn yum plugin and the file can be edited with timeout
value. I have set to 1200 seconds for our remote systems with high latency.

  /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/rhnplugin.conf

If you are using proxies , you must in addition to client add timeout
option to rhn.conf on each proxy:

  /etc/rhn/rhn.conf

The rhn.conf is auto generated so if you upgrate spacewalk proxy or
re-register the timeout will be gone. I hope you are using some sort for
management for config files like puppet of cfengine to edit files after
upgrade.
