[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk-setup fails at restarting services (CentOS7)

I ran into the same bug recently, and based on the lack of action in the Bugzilla, I would like to see a note about the issue be added to the wiki install instructions. It was incredibly frustrating to diagnose, and almost turned me off from spacewalk entirely. I would add a note to the wiki myself, but I'd like some input before I tread on anyone's fingers.
