This is not a bad repomd file. It’s because httpd on your Spacewalk server was upgraded, but the yum-rhn-plugin shipping with Spacewalk 2.6 upstream doesn’t have the fix that works with the updated httpd. You need to downgrade httpd on your Spacewalk server.

Not sure why the upstream 2.6 client hasn’t been updated with the fix yet. We’ve fixed it in our 2.x clients (2.0, 2.2, 2.4, 2.6).
