Thanks Bill. The problem was a stuck taskomatic process and a corrupt cache. After restarting spacewalk all of my repo's synced up and it appears everything is working again.

Some things to check/verify:
* Verify the repos reporting packages available for update via yum are the same repos in the Spacewalk web portal.
* Taskomatic might be behind/stuck/stale. Try giving all the Spacewalk server services a restart and force the system to check in again. Wait a few minutes for the changes to reflect in the web portal.
* Tail the taskomatic log during all of this to see if there are any issues.
* Verify you are not having any repo sync/errata sync issues
I have see discrepancies somewhat like this in the past when there have been taskomatic issues and/or reposync issues. (IE packages downloaded, but security errata did not, causing strange display behavior)
Good Luck!

Today some of my systems are reporting up to date in the web interface. However when I run yum -security update on these systems, they have updates.
