[Spacewalk-list] osa-dispatcher failing to start

When starting the spacewalk service osa-dispatcher fails to start with the
following error:

Starting osa-dispatcher: Unable to load module osa_dispatcher
No module named spacewalk.common.rhnLog

Any suggestions on wha tto check? rhnLog.py exists under
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/spacewalk/common
