[Spacewalk-list] Read only account to access and view spacewalk

Hello Francis,

You can mark user as "Read-only API user". (Read-only API users are
forbidden from the Red Hat Satellite web interface, and allowed access
only to a limited subset of the public API.)
Unfortunately there isn't read-only WebUI user.
