[Spacewalk-list] Get the report what packages installed on the system after we patches it automatically

I am interested to find out , how can I get the report of what packages upgraded on the system every time we applied it to the systems.
For example, I have 200 packages , then I applied it, now the system turn green and O packages. But I need to generate automatically report, what packages installed.
