[Spacewalk-list] repo shows library but cannot downlod it

Morning,

>From Spacewalk, den epel repo [http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=epel-7&arch=x86_64
] show us a new version of libmspack, the 0.7.
Unfortunately it couldn't be installed because it doesn't exist on this repo or I didn't found it. Please see below!

Has anyone encountered this problem?
Why repo shows something that doesn't exist? How to remediate?
Apparently this library is only on fedora repo..
