Hello Raymond,

I think spacewalk-report utility can help you.
Install optional package spacewalk-reports and try 'packages-updates-all' report:

  # spacewalk-report packages-updates-all --info
  List of packages which can be upgraded

      Prints list of packages which can be upgraded for all systems in spacewalk

        
Or at least you can see sql query behind it in
/usr/share/spacewalk/reports/data/packages-updates-all.
