Hi Eric,

I have really no idea. I've checked instructions on HowToInstall and I'm able
to install Spacewalk 2.7 on RHEL 7.4 following them just fine.

That's fine.

This is a bug in spacewalk-setup-postgresql actually but it has no effect
on successful installation.
