That's woefully out of date, I'm afraid.

Try this instead: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E92593_01/E90694/html/swk24-provclisys.html <https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E92593_01/E90694/html/swk24-provclisys.html> -- you'll need to tweak things if you're not using Oracle Linux as the client, but otherwise it should work a lot smoother. All the required RPMs are now part of the Spacewalk client repos, you don't need to find/install them manually or anything like that.
