[Spacewalk-list] osad offline

I  am encounter issue with "OSAD" on the system.
I install and configure the spacewalk clients based on this document

https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/how-to-install-spacewalk-on-centos/#spacewalk-channel-creation


But, the OSAD status is "offline", I tried to restart and it still not working.
Other systems (the same OS) are fine.
