[Spacewalk-list] Create Specified User for Register Channel Only

Hi Guys,

It there any ways to create specified user only for register/remove channel?
And is it possible to disable this user to access the spacewalk web UI?
I've tried create normal user with all below roles, but still cannot register channel in client.

-          Activation Key Administrator

-          Configuration Administrator

-          Channel Administrator

-          System Group Administrator

We don't permit admin user for register channel because we can't give the credential to another person.
