Was there any error during spacewalk-proxy-selinux installation?
There's /usr/sbin/spacewalk-proxy-selinux-enable script which is
normally triggered in postinstall. You can re-run it manually.

And there's also
restorecon -rvvi /var/log/rhn /var/cache/rhn/proxy-auth /var/spool/rhn-proxy
run in postinstall.
