All the files were generated in the respective repos, however command spacewalk-repo-syn still fails . I encountered this problem some years ago( from version 2.4 to 2.5 of before) and I cannot remember the solution.
Something with a white space in a configuration file but I cannot remember this fix.

Thanks

Vasilis
