It seems that finally that if I am not wrong the stored procedure is not
working at 100% as Spacewalk wrongly detects the "~rc1" packages to be
updated on some Ubuntu 18.04 servers :

Latest Package
     Installed Package
libpython2.7-2.7.15~rc1-1ubuntu0.1.amd64-deb
 libpython2.7-2.7.15-4ubuntu4~18.04.amd64-deb
libpython2.7-minimal-2.7.15~rc1-1ubuntu0.1.amd64-deb
libpython2.7-minimal-2.7.15-4ubuntu4~18.04.amd64-deb
libpython2.7-stdlib-2.7.15~rc1-1ubuntu0.1.amd64-deb
 libpython2.7-stdlib-2.7.15-4ubuntu4~18.04.amd64-deb
python2.7-2.7.15~rc1-1ubuntu0.1.amd64-deb
 python2.7-2.7.15-4ubuntu4~18.04.amd64-deb
python2.7-minimal-2.7.15~rc1-1ubuntu0.1.amd64-deb
 python2.7-minimal-2.7.15-4ubuntu4~18.04.amd64-deb

Regards,
Philippe.
