[Spacewalk-list] RHEL 8 client support

there looks to be a nightly-client repo with RHEL 8 beta so that is hopeful to me. We actually run mostly Oracle Linux so as long as I can get the v8 client repo from COPR I'll be good.

Spacewalk client packages for RHEL 8 are shipped as a module in RHEL 8.
