[Spacewalk-list] problems syncing with external EPEL 6 and 7 repos

Greetings Spacewalkers,

I am having an issue syncing with the EPEL 6 and EPEL 7 external repos -
the failure behavior is the same for both.   Here are the details:

OS:  Centos 7 fully patched
SW: Spacewalk 2.9.latest

I start the sync and get the issues below.  I have deleted the repo in
Spacewalk, deleted all the associated rpms, rebooted/re
started, and yet I get the same results each time.  Somewhere around
package 54 or so all the downloads start to fail.  I have plenty of disk
space available. I let this run and I get these results:
