[Spacewalk-list] problem with rhnreg_ks on debian 10

Using the instructions at https://github.com/spacewalkproject/spacewalk/blob/master/client/debian/DEBIAN-HOWTO, I have gotten the spacewalk client installed on Debian 10.  I will provide instructions when I have successfully finished.

I am getting an error when running rhnreg_ks.
  /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/rpm.py:15: UserWarning: The RPM Python bindings are not currently available via PyPI.

I have python-rpm_4.11.3-1.1 installed with all necessary libs for python2 (since most of the installs for the spacewalk client installed python2).  It is looking for python2-rpm or python3-rpm, which is the RHEL version of python-rpm.  I have yet to find python2-rpm or python-3 rpm for debian.

Has anyone else attempted to install the spacewalk client on debian 10 buster?
