[Spacewalk-list] Error in systemctl status osa-dispatcher

I was trying to configure OSAD to push updates and when I checked the
status of osa-dispatcher is am seeing

Why is it not connecting to the database and what can I do to fix it?  The
jabberd service appears fine.
