[Tendrl-devel] Moving code from Skyrings/kitoon to Tendrl/tendrl_frontend

Should be alright.

Since tendrl_frontend repo is already present, you might need to drop it
and fork from kitoon. I am not sure if github provides a way to fork and
merge.
