Great, so let's try it this way. We would like the following
repositories to be created:

* usmqe-tests (for automated test cases)
* usmqe-setup (qe ansible playbooks for initial and test setup)

So that the new empty repositories are managed by:

* https://github.com/mbukatov
* https://github.com/dahorak
* https://github.com/ltrilety
* https://github.com/mkudlej
