[Thincrust-devel] New versions of Configuration Engine and Examples

I have just pushed out new rpms and code for the configuation engine and 
the examples. Here are the main changes

- Broke up the ace-base rpm into several rpms, one for each module. Each 
module now requires the packages directly. Too manly rpm requirements 
were bleeding up into the kickstart files.

- Added the ace-console which is a simple web app to allow you to manage 
the appliance. If you build the base appliance you can see it. Log in 
with the root password (defaulted to thincrust)

- Added an ec2 appliance for use with joeys conversion tool. This 
appliance is still a WIP.

- Tested against the previous rpms, and the new rpms which huff just 
released.
