[Thincrust-devel] [PATCH] added in ec2-creator support and kickstarts]

Creates the new command: ec2-creator also included are some EC2 versions 
of the AOS kickstarts.  For now the EC2 bundle and upload fuctions are 
manual.


Must be bundled with the kernel and ramdisk set as: --kernel 
aki-a71cf9ce --ramdisk ari-a51cf9cc or the AMI will not boot up correctly.

Bundle/Upload Examples:
ec2-bundle-image -i aos-f8.img -k keyfile.pem -c certfile.pem -u 
0000-0000-0000 -r i386 --kernel aki-a71cf9ce --ramdisk ari-a51cf9cc

ec2-upload-bundle -b Thincrust_AOS_Fedora8 -m 
/tmp/aos-f8.img.manifest.xml -a ACCOUNTID -s SECRETKEY
