[Thincrust-devel] Integrating ec2 conversion into the adk

This patch series is based of off trying to integrate the ec2 conversion into the adk scripts. There are 3 patches.

1: Adds logging to all the modules instead of standard err/out
2: Move all the meaty logic ingto a global function, to allow different front ends
3: Remove all the system.exit() commands so the calling program will not die.
