[Thincrust-devel] Some adk thinking

Take a look at this:

It is some early thinking around an adk. It is command line now, but it 
is starting to tie together the various tools. Basically.. we start with 
the kickstart and use that to get to the virt image. From there, we can 
push to EC2, VMWare, Cobbler.

It is not great code, but it is food for thought (plus it helps me alot 
wit the various applianes I am building).
