Fixed appliance-creator input options
  fixed option parsing group errors
  fixed wrong output "Wrote: image name"
  fixed --format, disk image is now converted via qemu-img convert
  added options to specify vmem and vcpu which is added in image.xml



Removed all the kickstart files in the config dir to mirror livecd-tools
