I've had this issue in the past as well, but, it was an issue with my
kickstart file, not appliance-creator.

Do you have the output from appliance-creator?

Also, I've attached a known-good CentOS5 kickstart file (used earlier
this evening) that should work for you.

Let me know if you're still having any issues.
