Trouble building CAD_u.c

I'm having some trouble building CAD_u.c which I got from

http://www.spec.org/osg/web99/results/api-src/Compaq-20010122-DL320-API.tar.
gz
Is there a better place to get these files than spec.org?

There are some Compaq guys on this list right ?
I would really appreciate your help on this.

  The OS is RedHat 7.1
   Tux is 2.0.26

   here's what I run
       gcc -fomit-frame-pointer -mcpu=i686 -march=i686 -O2 -Wall -fPIC -c
CAD_u.c

   this is what I get
            CAD_u.c: In function `parse_GET_cookies':
CAD_u.c:510: structure has no member named `private'
CAD_u.c:513: structure has no member named `private'
	CAD_u.c: In function `scan_send_file':
CAD_u.c:575: structure has no member named `private'
	CAD_u.c: In function `do_POST':
CAD_u.c:633: structure has no member named `private'
	CAD_u.c: In function `CAD_query':
CAD_u.c:730: structure has no member named `private'
CAD_u.c:741: structure has no member named `private'
	CAD_u.c: In function `send_reply_head':
CAD_u.c:812: structure has no member named `private'
	CAD_u.c: In function `CAD_send':
CAD_u.c:875: structure has no member named `private'
	CAD_u.c: In function `send_err':
CAD_u.c:913: structure has no member named `private'
	CAD_u.c: In function `TUXAPI_handle_events':
CAD_u.c:959: structure has no member named `private'
CAD_u.c:960: structure has no member named `private'

Also, once I build this module, how do I implement it in order to run
SpecWeb
   with the dyn_get_script.cgi.

I could also use any documentation you guys could point me to ( is there a
Tux howto ?)

Thanks
