And the rest. Ballpark order of magnitude figures:
	99% uptime = 1 hour every 4 days, or a minute every hour and a half
      99.9% uptime = 1 hour every month, or two minutes a day.
	99.99% uptime = 1 hour a year, or a minute a week.
