Tux still unstable

after a few weeks of running, we got our first segfault today on two
machines at roughly the same time. Both serve completely different
types of content and we have migrated back to 2.4.32

both segfaults were at the same flush_workqueue on ours, so, I am a
little unsure why ours lasted 21 days before panicing, but, it paniced
about 4 hours after the first panic at which point we rolled back to 2.4.32.
