[UBI] Making UBI available as "official images" on Docker Hub

Hey all,

Are there any plans to get UBI images available as official images in
Docker Hub? I've been having conversations with some projects about
using UBI as the base container for official images, but Docker Hub
prohibits official images from using images that aren't part of the
official library[1].

It would be fantastic to have the rhel-ubi containers available in
Docker Hub as official images so that the audience is broadened
considerably. :)
