Yup. Just create a file called ifcfg-eth0-range in that
directory containing:

IPADDR_START="192.168.30.1"
IPADDR_END="192.168.30.254"
CLONENUM_START="0"

Restart the network and you'll have 254 aliases on your
computer's first network card.
I named mine ifcfg-eth0-range0 to be able to add
ifcfg-eth0-range1, ifcfg-eth0-range2, etc... but the
principle is that same.
