   See "man chattr".  To make /etc/resolv.conf "immutable" <--> can't
modify, delete, rename until root removes this attribute:
 chattr +i /etc/resolv.conf
   But I don't know whether dhcpc will continue gracefully when it finds 
itself unable to modify resolv.conf.
