  Of course, choosing a browser is largely a matter of personal taste, but
I use Mozilla under KDE with no such problems: there is no need to resize
its window, because it goes directly to full screen; but if I need to make
the window smaller, that is no problem either. As far as fonts are
concerned, you can change or resize them using the following menu
sequence: Edit - Preferences - Appearance - Fonts. It is also possible to
zoom in and out as needed, using Ctrl+ and Ctrl-.
