what happened to the integrated man page/info/gnome help program?

what happened to the help program that put all the man pages and info
pages along with gnome help in an html hypertext page that you had to
hit the page-down key like 50 times before you got to the bottom? it had
every documented gtk/qt/xlib function call/shell command that you ever
wanted. that's what i want, a simple hypertext way to look at all the function calls.
now all i have is just the stupid gnome help that pops up in the
nautilus file mangler with the worlds slowest web browser. one giant
step for nothing. anybody got any suggestions?

thanks,
philip dahlquist
