I disagree. Both options are not basic features of RPM, but popt
aliases for a concatenation of documented options like this:

  rpm --query --whatprovides \
      --dbpath /usr/lib/rpmdb/i386-redhat-linux/redhat ...

All these options are explained in the manual. User could as well
define his own aliases, e.g. for updating the rpmdb-redhat database
with option --justdb. I don't think the RPM man-page should refer to
specific optional add-on packages. It might be better to document
some examples and extensions in a separate man page like it is done
with "man procmailex".
