What have you been trying to do here? =:-O

Earlier you wrote this is about Red Hat Linux 8.0 (Psyche),
although we're on valhalla-list:

So, you must download (or compile) an NTFS kernel module that
matches your kernel version on that system. Psyche ships with a
2.4.18-14 kernel. And updated kernel packages are available, too
(http://www.redhat.com/errata as entry point).
