why not keep netware?  when setup correctly it is a very reliable
platform...
to make it more reliable, why don't you use raid 5?  as for the mirrored
part, netware can run this as well...
unless of course you just have your mind set on getting rid of
netware.....in that case nothing anyone says will make a difference
