[vfio-users] Use DVI or HDMI instead of VGA out

Thank You for your reply Alex,

My fault for not mentioning I am connecting to the VM remotely, in the Win7
Pro 64 vm both nvidia tool and screen resolution tool show as "analog vga
monitor" and I was wondering if one can somehow change that.
