[vfio-users] Improving the state of the Arch Wiki article on passthrough

Recently I've taken to adding content to the Arch Wiki article on PCI
passthrough: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PCI_passthrough_via_OVMF

While the guide is definetely fleshing out, the various sections on QEMU
and how to start/configure it still seems a bit cobbled together and
unorganized. Arch users make up a good portion of the Linux crowd and
often flock to the Arch Wiki for information on how to improve their
system. Thus I feel it is important for a comprehensive guide to setting
up PCI passthrough to exist over there.

If you have any spare time, consider adding to, organizing, and/or
reviewing the contents of the article to ensure it is correct and up to
date. With the closing of the archlinux.org thread, a home for concise
information on the topic is an enormous help to users looking to jump
into this technology.
