Has anyone had success with passing through individual controllers on the
RocketRaid 1144c?

For those who haven't seen this board before, it's got 4x Asmedia 1042a
controllers with one port each, all behind a PLX bridge. The PLX bridge
wasn't reporting ACS capability so I used the override patch. I've seen
several posts about using ACS override with success on this device with
ESXi 5 and 5.5, so I figured the same would apply on my Arch Linux
system. I was hoping to use a combo USB 3.0 hub / Ethernet controller on
each port for each of the VMs running on my host machine, but I'm getting
errors when I pass the second controller through:

[ 1696.609666] vfio-pci 0000:09:00.1: enabling device (0400 -> 0402)
[ 1696.652975] vfio-pci 0000:05:00.0: enabling device (0400 -> 0402)
[ 1698.308234] AMD-Vi: Event logged [IO_PAGE_FAULT device=05:00.0
domain=0x0002 address=0x1b71f63de806ddc0 flags=0x0030]

Sometimes it'll cause IRQ errors on the onboard USB controller (the one on
IRQ 17) as well. Eventually the passed through controller will crap out
entirely and I have to reboot. I am successfully passing through and AMD
HD6950 and an NVidia 560ti to the guests, which are running windows 8.1.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA990FXA-UD3 Rev 4.0.

Hopefully my pastebin includes any necessary stuff for troubleshooting:
