[vfio-users] Ovmf setup

Hi Jose!

Can’t say for certain (maybe someone else with Win 7 + OVMF can comment), but I was under the impression that OVMF works best when you use a UEFI capable guest (such as Windows 8 or 10).  You’ll also get better performance out of a more modern guest OS.  Just my 2 cents…
