[vfio-users] AMD Fury X has a new reset issue

I have tried to install a AMD r9 Fury X on my current VFIO setup and I have
come across a problem which sounds strangely similar to the AMD reset issue
that I kept hearing about.

When I poweroff or reset the guest (Windows 10), and I try to start it up
again the guest starts off but the display show nothing "no signal" on all
outputs. I can verify that the guest is indeed running because the synaptic
mouse/keyboard sharing program can move the mouse on the host from the
guest. But the video card doesn't output anything.

If I reboot the host then I can start the guest up as normal. Is there
anyway around this issue?
